If you are facing issues, you can try one of the following solutions:
- You cannot watch the event on more than one device; make sure you have the festival open on only one device.
- Try a different device; the event is best supported on a laptop or desktop instead of a smartphone.
- Make sure you only have the event opened in only one tab of your browser. If you have the event open in multiple tabs, please close the other tabs.
- Try to close your browser and open it again.
- Try a different browser, preferably a most recent one.
- Refresh, or log out and try to access the event again via the website.
- Try to clear your cache (Google Chrome and Safari).
- Use a VPN connection.
